Product Use In This Recipe

Ingredients

  1. 3 tablespoon Nasi Goreng premix fromKesidang
  2. 300g chicken thigh
  3. Red onion
  4. Potato x 1 piece
  5. Carrot x 1 piece
  6. Coriander leaves
  7. Bird’s eyes chilli x 3 pieces
  8. 750ml of water

Cooking Instruction

Prep the ingredients:

  1. Cut the red onions into dices
  2. Cut the potato and carrot into small cubes
  3. Clean the chicken thighs
  4. Lightly crush the chilli and separate coriander leaves for garnishing

Cooking:

  1. Heat up 5-6 tbsp of cooking oil on medium heat.
  2. Stir-fry the red onions. 
  3. Add chicken thighs to the pan, cook halfway.
  4. Add Nasi Goreng Premix to the chicken and mix well.
  5. Add diced potato and carrot to flavored chicken, mix them well.
  6. Add water to the mix, stir, and leave it to cook for 5-7 minutes.
  7. Check to see if the chicken meat is cooked thoroughly, then add coriander leaves and chili for garnishing.
  8. Serve in a bowl with hot white rice or any carbs of your choice.

Meat-free suggestion:

Swap the chicken with edible plants or plant-based proteins such as tofu and dried beancurd.
