Cooking Instruction

Prep the ingredients:

  1. Slice the red onions
  2. Mix 2 tbsp of Sambal mix with half cup of water to make it into a paste.
  3. Clean the 300g of prawns

Cooking:

  1. Heat up 5-6 tbsp of cooking oil on medium heat.
  2. Stir-fry the sliced red onions.
  3. Add sambal paste and the prawns and cook for 10-15 minutes.
  4. Serve in a bowl with hot white rice or any rice of your choice.
